Product Description 

The 7 x 5 Parsley Cottage Playhouse is a beautiful playhouse and veranda complex. The veranda is enclosed by a low fence and overhang roof. The windows feature styrene glazing, traditional square grilles and diamond cut out shutters. The door is also a stable style for added enjoyment. Tongue and Groove Cladding is weather resistant and pressure treated; ready to use without having to be treated. 

• The playhouse has pencil rounded framing and is EN17 certified for your child's safety. 
• The walls are constructed from 12mm tongue and groove
• The Roof and Floor is constructed from solid thick-section (18mm) boards
• Waterproof finish of black sand roof felt
• Pressure treated wood for durability 
• Planed timber edges and rounded corners for smooth surface. 
• Manufactured from FSC certified timber from sustainable sources. 
• A Full Fixing Kit & Felt with Instructions manual is included.

1.   Pre-Treatment

The Playhouse has been pressure treated and protected; therefore you dont need to treat your product but it can be painted in a colour of your choice.
